2025 Yehliu Night Tours: See the Queen’s Head Illuminated Under the Aurora!

NEW TAIPEI, TAIWAN (MERXWIRE) – The highly anticipated “2025 Yehliu Night Tours: See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night”, an immersive summer light and shadow spectacle, will be held from June 28 (Saturday) to July 13 (Sunday), 2025, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Yehliu Geopark. Early bird tickets will be available for online pre-order starting noon on May 22. Domestic and international visitors are welcome to Yehliu to experience this exclusive nighttime visual feast.

Yehliu Geopark, a key international attraction in northern Taiwan, is a must-visit destination for global travelers. This limited-time event opens Yehliu Geopark to nighttime visits, combining the iconic Queen’s Head rock formation with creative lighting effects to craft a captivating nocturnal atmosphere. The event has garnered international acclaim, boosting Yehliu’s global visibility with prestigious awards such as the 2024 Platinum Award in Titan Innovation Award (USA), 2024 Gold Award, Cultural Event in MUSE Creative Award (USA), and 2024 French Design Awards – Gold in Outdoor Lighting and Nightscape Design. To attract international visitors, July 9 has been designated as International Day for the first time. On this day, international guests can redeem an exclusive commemorative gift by presenting their passport upon entry. This year’s theme, “The Queen’s Grand Transformation,” blends natural landscapes with art, creativity, and technology to showcase the unparalleled geological wonders of Yehliu. Visitors will be led on a mesmerizing light-and-shadow adventure. From dreamlike scenes bathed in aurora-inspired lights, a musical feast honoring the Queen, marine fantasy realms, and laser-filled mystical spaces, to the grand Queen’s transformation parade featuring works by artists and local students, Yehliu by night will be transformed into a surreal stage of flowing light and color. All are invited to step into this one-of-a-kind summer night light festival, where magic dances in every beam, and the Queen’s stunning metamorphosis comes to life.

The 2025 Yehliu Night Tours – See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night will take place from June 28 to July 13, 2025, with two sessions each evening at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM (there will be no clearing of the venue between sessions). Tickets are limited and include options such as the weekday ticket for NT$225 and the weekend ticket for NT$250.

Starting at 12:00 PM on the 22nd, early bird tickets for weekdays and weekends will be available for pre-order through online platforms such as KKDAY, KLOOK, and WAUG. Each early bird ticket purchase includes an NT$100 e-voucher for use at participating partner stores (limited quantities, available while supplies last). Location: Yehliu Geopark (No. 167-1, Gangdong Rd., Yehliu Village, Wanli District, New Taipei City)

Dates: June 28 (Sat) to July 13 (Sun), 2025, nightly from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Entry Details: There are two entry sessions daily, with no clearing of the venue in between. On-site ticket sales will stop at 8:00 PM.

1. First session: 6:30 PM

2. Second session: 7:30 PM (last admission at 8:00 PM)

3. The opening ceremony will be held on the evening of Saturday, June 28.
